I love to use field notes and I hope that this give away encourages you to check out their products, I find a certain bit of Hemingwayesque inspiration when pulling a Field Notes memo pad out of my back pocket.
This year marks the 110th anniversary of George Orwells birth. The Guardian had an article on Orwell and the link shown above is an essay Orwell had written about politics and the English language.
This will make me think about what I write and how I construct an argument, especially useful for my studies. A long read, but a worthy one!
I came across this post through Notebook Stories the other day and there are some interesting ideas in this post to make sure you capture everything that goes on in your head. I am forever forgetting things that pop into my head although they aren’t usually work related things. I carry around a notebook most of the time to try and make sure I can write something down if I need to. Notebook of choice at the moment is Field Notes as they are nice and small and made to be used.
